Penning: Poultry accepted Thursday 16th February between 5.00 - 7.30pm; Friday 17th February 7.30 - 8.30am after which no exhibit will be received.
Removing: Exhibits to be removed on Saturday 18th February between 4.00 pm and 5.00 pm or Sunday 19th February between 9.00am and 10.00am.
This section will be run under the By-Laws and Regulations of the Association. Such regulations and by-laws are available for inspection at the Association’s Office. All birds are exhibited at owner’s risk. All poultry entries must be made on the poultry entry forms. All entries must be the bona fide property of the exhibitor except where otherwise specified in the schedule.
